Appointments:
If you have an urgent need for medical care, please ring 03 9700 7777 - urgent medical problems are dealt with promptly. In case of emergency, ring Triple Zero.
For routine or less urgent medical needs, you may call the above telephone number or make an appointment using our convenient online booking portal.
Please inform the receptionist when booking if you require an extended appointment.
Prescriptions can be filled by emailing us at the address above. Please note there is a $20 charge and will take 72 hours to complete - so please call ahead before arriving at the clinic to collect. If it has been some time since your last visit, we may require you to make an appointment with a Doctor.
Some consultations may require a longer appointment for things such as insurance or pre-employment medicals, or you may have problems that need more time to discuss.
Cancellation of appointments require at least 2 hours notice where possible.
House calls (not bulk-billed) can be arranged if serious illness prevents attendance at the surgery.
Telephone Enquiries:
Doctors are not always available for immediate telephone access during business hours.
Calls will be returned at the end of surgery hours.
Test Results:
In order to maintain confidentiality of all our patients, we prefer that you make a follow up appointment to discuss test results. Taking time to discuss your results during an appointment helps you gain a better understanding of your medical care.
