Thank you for participating in the recent clinic survey.

We have taken your feedback on board and are working through some of the recommendations.

You may have already noticed the new “patient friendly” chairs in the consulting rooms. These have been changed in a direct response to your feedback – “that our previous chairs were difficult to stand from” and you needed something sturdy with arms for support.

While they are not as “pretty” as the old chairs, we are hearing that they are more comfortable. It is planned to add them to the waiting room in the near future.
